June 2025 Community Newsletter
Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Quartet. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please encourage neighbors to sign up for the newsletters as well, so they can stay updated. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
Updated Facility Rules Form
The pool opened on May 19th. If you haven’t submitted the Updated Facility Rules Form, you can do so online via the link provided below. The updated form must be on file in order to activate your pool card.
Fireworks
If your holiday celebration includes fireworks, understanding legality and safety is crucial. In Idaho, purchasing aerial fireworks is permitted, yet their use is unlawful due to their potential to ignite wildfires and causing injury. Always prioritize safety and adhere to local regulations when handling fireworks. Please clean up after yourselves. Even safe and sane fireworks can leave messes in yards and streets. Be sure to appropriately soak and dispose of any messes. Common areas may not be used to light off fireworks. Also, please be aware that not all neighbors and pets enjoy fireworks, so be aware of the time. We greatly appreciate everyone’s consideration, and hope you have a very safe and enjoyable holiday!
Important Pool Reminder
Residents are urged to promptly report any biological incidents observed at the pool to our office at 208-378-4000. Immediate notification ensures timely remedial action. For emergencies after hours, contact 208-989-5944.
Pet Etiquette
When strolling with your furry companion, dogs must be leashed to prevent unwelcome interactions with others while adhering to leash laws. As responsible pet owners, it’s your responsibility to clean up after them. Nobody wants to step on an unpleasant mess in the community’s common areas.
Pedestrian Safety
It’s the season of more fun outdoor activities. Parents and caregivers, help your youngsters understand the importance of bicycle and street crossing safety. Motorists, reduce your speed while driving in the community and be vigilant of youngsters biking, walking and playing.
Garbage Totes
We are receiving complaints about garbage totes left at the curb or stored against homes. Totes should be placed at the curb the evening prior to collection and retrieved and stored the same day. To maintain aesthetic standards, they must be concealed from view, stored behind a fence or within a garage.
Reserving the Clubhouse
We have a beautiful clubhouse available for reservations. To make a reservation, check the calendar online, the link is provided below, then submit your request. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of the reservation.
Parking & Garage Use
As outlined in the Community CC&Rs, your garage is for parking your automobiles. Not for storage, a home gym or other uses. When you have more cars than garage space, the extra automobiles should go in the driveway.
Vehicles such as your boats, campers, trailers, etc. should not be out for a period of more than 24 hours during loading, unloading, or maintenance. They should be promptly returned to storage within the 24 hours.
Upcoming Events
We’re always looking for volunteers to help organize fun events in the community. If you’re interested, please reach out to Kristen Lyons.
